What we do
All support is greatly appreciated and will assist in providing the best possible literacy instruction for high-risk students in Transylvania County. All financial donations and gifts-in-kind are tax-deductible.
Monetary Donation
A donation of any amount helps provide free 1:1 literacy instruction to a student in need.
The following are examples of what your gift can provide:
- $1,000 trains one volunteer.
- $250 buys a full set of Wilson Reading Materials for one tutor.
- $120 buys the training supplies needed for one tutor.
- $50 buys a set of Wilson Student Readers for one tutor.
- $30 buys a set of four decodable readers for our tutor lending library.
